Ordering your custom watercolor pet portrait is simple:
 
1. Review the photo guidelines
Before checkout, review our photo guidelines to help ensure your watercolor pet portrait turns out beautifully.
2. Choose your pet photo
Select a high-quality, full-body photo of your pet. You are welcome to send multiple images, and Tiffany will choose the photo that works best for the artwork.
3. Upload your image at checkout or email it
Attach your pet photo during checkout or send it by email after placing your order.
4. Approve your custom pet portrait draft
Your custom pet portrait will be created and sent to you as a draft for approval. Once approved, your artwork will be finalized and shipped, ready to display and enjoy.
 
Turnaround Time
The typical turnaround time is 3 days from the date your order is placed to the time your draft is sent.Multiple Pets and Photo BlendingThere are no additional fees for multiple pets in the same photo. Blending multiple photos into one portrait is also available. For example, Tiffany can combine a photo of a beloved pet who has passed with a current pet to create one meaningful custom watercolor pet portrait. For additional questions check out our FAQs.

    Due to the customization of these products, returns and refunds are not accepted. But please contact me if you have problems with your order. 

    If photos are not recieved within 60 days of order, refunds will not be issued and the order will be marked as complete.
