You will need to upload a clear photo of your pet during checkout.
You may upload more than one photo if you are unsure which image will work best. Tiffany will review your photos and select the option that will create the strongest watercolor portrait.
How It Works:
1. Review the photo guidelines
Before placing your order, review the photo guidelines to help ensure your custom watercolor pet portrait turns out beautifully.
2. Choose your pet photo
Select a clear, high quality, full body photo of your pet. Natural lighting and a clear view of your pet’s face and body will produce the best results.
You are welcome to submit multiple images. Tiffany will choose the photo that works best for the artwork.
3. Upload your photo at checkout
Attach your pet photo during checkout. You may also email your images after placing your order if you experience any issues with the upload.
4. Approve your custom portrait draft
Your watercolor pet portrait will be created and emailed to you as a digital draft for approval. Once the artwork is approved, your custom seashell dish will be completed and prepared for shipping.
Turnaround Time
The typical turnaround time is 48 hours from the date your order is placed to the time your draft is sent. Multiple Pets and Photo Blending: There are no additional fees for multiple pets in the same photo. Blending multiple photos into one portrait is also available.
