You may upload more than one photo if you are unsure which image will work best. Tiffany will review your photos and select the option that will create the strongest watercolor portrait.
How It Works:
1. Review the photo guidelines
Before placing your order, review the photo guidelines to help ensure your custom watercolor pet portrait turns out beautifully.
2. Choose your pet photo
Select a clear, high quality, full body photo of your pet. Natural lighting and a clear view of your pet’s face and body will produce the best results.
You are welcome to submit multiple images. Tiffany will choose the photo that works best for the artwork.
3. Upload your photo at checkout
Attach your pet photo during checkout. You may also email your images after placing your order if you experience any issues with the upload.
4. Approve your custom portrait draft
Your watercolor pet portrait will be created and emailed to you as a digital draft for approval. Once the artwork is approved, your custom seashell dish will be completed and prepared for shipping.
Turnaround Time
Your initial portrait draft is typically sent within 3 business days of placing your order and submitting your pet photo.
Production and shipping begin after your artwork has been approved.
Multiple Pets and Photo Blending
There is no additional artwork fee for multiple pets appearing together in the same photo.
Photo blending is also available. Tiffany can combine pets from separate photographs into one meaningful custom watercolor portrait. For example, a beloved pet who has passed can be placed alongside a current pet to create a special memorial keepsake.
