You’ll receive a preview within 2–5 business days. Final delivery depends on the product (prints, mugs, ornaments), but all holiday orders must be placed by Dec 10 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Absolutely! You’ll receive a preview and can request minor adjustments before the final product is sent.

Yes! Many customers purchase pet portraits as holiday or memorial gifts. You can include a gift note at checkout, and digital gift cards are also available.

Tiffany never charges extra for multiple pets if they’re in the same photo. However, it’s rare to capture two or more animals sitting side by side in a way that works perfectly for a portrait.

For the best results, Tiffany recommends using one pet per photo unless you have high-quality images where pets are in similar positions, facing forward, and in good lighting.

If you’d like to combine pets from different photos, Tiffany does offer a “blended portrait” option (for an additional fee). Read more about the blended portrait option.
